Crafted from flat-grain bamboo, these boards are lightweight, durable and gentle on knives. Boards include a corner hole to hang for storage and for easier carrying. Each board wipes clean quickly with hand washing; they should not be soaked or washed in the dishwasher. Boards measure 14" by  11", 11" by 9" and 8" by 6"; each board is 3/8" thick.
